Mother's Day Staycation

Planners and procrastinators alike are covered: a bouquet and printed "choose your own adventure" booklet can be hand delivered to your door on Saturday, or you can print the booklet yourself at home at any time.

Once the mom in your life fills out her preferences, from whimsical to practical questions, you will snap photos of her answers whenever she's ready to provide 2+ date options (could be hours or weeks after Mother's Day.) Then, you snap photos to send her answers to me, and I will fully personalize her stay.

One appeal of this package is removing the mental load, so consider the "leave it to me" option, where your stay is kept a surprise until the day of! Otherwise, I will send over a curated custom proposal with two choices for her to browse and decide between. Mix and matching selections, or even coming back with a different hotel request is completely fine! I am a small business who relies on word of mouth for marketing; I promise I want you to be happy with the hotel that’s offered! While I have certain hotels in mind that align with the booklet responses, these are not pre-negotiated rates or a pool of options, so if you have a request for a specific property, just let me know. I’m not selling a “grab bag” where you find yourself locked into some bottom barrel hotel with no recourse or ability to change. My ability to book anywhere in the city is why I feel so confident I can find somewhere perfect for you! I will work with you to make sure both you and the guest of honor are happy. While this offering is a standalone product, all of you are potential future clients, so I am very incentivized to ensure you’re satisfied, and see the value of using a travel agent.

These packages are set prices, even though as we all know, hotel rates fluctuate day to day. I absolutely won't be pushing you into a lower category hotel to make more profit. Any money left over from the nightly rate will be spent towards more extras (you are welcome to request a pricing breakdown of how the money in your package was spent!) For example, say you purchase the indulge package which includes peak weekend dates, but you opt for a Sunday night. Presumably that results in a lower nightly price, and your recipient will be able to choose between a bonus like a second spa treatment, upgraded room, afternoon tea, or a big ticket welcome gift (think Theragun, weighted eye mask, Le Labo, etc.)

• Refundable (minus a 4% credit card fee) until a week after mother’s day, so there's no hesitation around committing financially if you aren't sure if it's something she'd love!
• The value of the welcome gift on the day of check in will fluctuate depending which package is purchased, and what the hotel ends up costing based on your dates. Any money not used towards the hotel makes your experience and gift grander, it's not kept as extra profit. The gift will contain things like a half bottle of wine, savory or sweet snack, wellness activities such as a 2 month subscription to Move Well, somewhere to write down takeaways to bring home, a personalized craft like a friendship bracelet kit, and a thoughtful gift (inspired by your booklet answers) that you'll use beyond the day. 
• There's no restrictive cancellation/change policy applied by me, it will be determined by the property, and shared for your approval in the proposal before the stay is finalized. Most are flexible until 1-2 days before arrival.
• This is designed to be a solo getaway, but there's no extra cost to bring a friend or partner - this will be a choice in the booklet as well.
