Cancellation Policy

Travel planning and research fees are nonrefundable because they cover the time and work I do before anything is booked: research, itinerary building, proposal creation, and coordination, which begins as soon as you make the purchase.

For the Mother's Day staycation packages, 3% of each purchase is nonrefundable due to credit card processing fees. The in-person drop off add on fee (which includes a printed booklet, bouquet and treat) is also nonrefundable. Otherwise, you can receive a 97% refund for the staycation package and other add ons (spa, dinner) within a week of Mother's Day, through May 17th. Purchase free of worry, and have time to discuss with her after Mother's Day if this is a gift she is interested in!
